Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your picnic and event furniture purchase. You may return furniture products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and materials must be included
  • All components and accessories must be present
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at inquiry@nyxarionfroz.world or call +1 360-329-6688
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all components
  5. Ship the return to the address provided with your RMA number

Important: Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The furniture product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We made an error in your order (wrong item, wrong size, etc.)
  • The item was damaged during shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned furniture, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
  • We will notify you via email once your return has been processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective furniture, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at inquiry@nyxarionfroz.world or call +1 360-329-6688. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized furniture orders
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

State-Specific Rights

Some states may provide additional consumer rights. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.
